SEATTLE WASHINGTON—Today marks yet another historic milestone in Avjet Global Sales’ (AGS) four decade long relationship with US based Boeing Corporation with the delivery of a brand new 2021 BBJ MAX jet.

The Boeing BBJ Max 8 is a VIP airline aircraft powered by two LEAP-1B turbofan engines producing 28,000 lbf each, allowing the BBJ Max 8 to carry 8 passengers an NBAA IFR range of 6,555 nm with a max cruise speed of 470 knots. The BBJ Max 8 provides seating for up to 19 passengers in the pressurized flat floor cabin and is operated by a crew of 3.

In addition, BBJ MAX owners benefit from a lower total cost to own when compared to other high-end business jets. The MAX’s optimized maintenance schedule drives operating costs that are nearly the same as smaller, less comfortable competitors. BBJs also retain comparatively higher residual values by requiring a fraction of the lengthy and expensive shop visits experienced by other business jets as they age. As a result, the BBJ MAX can save customers millions of dollars in total ownership expenditure over the life of the airplane.

AGS was announced as the initial launch customer of the BBJ Max 8 in 2014 and has since delivered multiple variants of the model including this last delivery in August of 2021.
