The Boeing BBJ2, which represents the pinnacle of large cabin ultra-long range private jet is a long-range twin-turbofan aircraft based entirely on the Boeing 737-800. The aircraft can be equipped with up to a total of nine auxiliary fuel tanks, which are installed in the forward and aft cargo compartments and increase the aircraft’s range up to 6000 nautical miles and comes equipped with an executive stateroom with bed/sleeping quarters and shower and can seat anywhere from 15 to 30 passengers in opulent luxury unsurpassed on any other private jet. This particular transaction involved parties on two different continents (US and China).
