Avjet Global Sales’ management team has extensive experience across the entire spectrum of global aircraft jet sales, acquisitions and brokerage services. In addition, many members of the team have earned specialized flying credentials and piloted Gulfstream, Boeing and other business jets.
Marc J. Foulkrod—Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Foulkrod graduated from California State Polytechnic University with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. He has worked for Boeing Commercial Aircraft Company and McDonnell Douglas as a Performance Engineer. At Flying Tiger’s corporate aircraft division, Tiger Air, his duties included corporate airliner sales, marketing and Boeing 747 import certification.
After joining Avjet Corporation in 1982 as a marketing consultant, he expanded the company into the multifaceted, full-service aviation organization that included placing the Boeing Business Jet in charter operations. He acquired the company in 1986 and eventually sold the charter, aircraft management and MRO services to General Dynamics in April, 2016. Mr. Foulkrod served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Avjet Corporation.
Avjet Corporation’s aircraft sales division, Avjet Global Sales and Avjet Asia, the first FBO in South Korea and Avjet Pagosa Springs were retained by Mr. Foulkrod. Mr. Foulkrod was also the Founding Member of the first FBO ( Fixed Base Operator) located and Headquartered at the Gimpo International airport (RKSS) in South Korea, called Avjet Asia. He continues to serve as Chairman and a Board member.
Mr. Foulkrod was responsible for and coordinated with former President Bill Clinton in the BBJ flight to North Korea in August 2009 to return the two imprisoned American journalists. Avjet had to obtain several exemptions from special FAA regulations that prohibit flights to North Korea as well as working with the US Air Force for the various logistics involved in the operation. “Beyond the honor of serving our country,” Foulkrod said, “Avjet’s success in this mission helped restore some of the nation’s appreciation for the role that general aviation plays in a free, democratic society.” Mr. Foulkrod is also a consultant for heads of state. Mr. Foulkrod was appointed by the Prime Minister of Armenia to assist in the consultations and development of their national airline service.

Jon Conlon—Vice President Research Division
Mr. Conlon joined Avjet in 2008 after a successful 13-year career as an aerospace analyst and hedge fund manager on Wall Street. His focus in the finance industry was both commercial OEM and private business jet OEMs with a specific focus on Gulfstream, Bombardier and Boeing products as well as commercial airline sectors. He also held previous roles in structured finance with a number of private equity groups. during this time Mr. Conlon was instrumental in the funding of several small and medium sized aviation startups eventually sold to private equity firms. Mr. Conlon’s adept vision at locating underserved sectors within the commercial and general business aviation space and developing turn key startups, lends itself well to assisting Avjet Global’s clients in maximizing the value of their aviation assets and helping flight departments forecast future trends, asset prices and needs. Prior to his work in aviation markets in finance, Mr. Conlon was heavily involved in private asset management with a focus on eastern european privatization sales during the 90’s after the dissolution of the wall in eastern Europe. Mr. Conlon studied economics and finance in Budapest, Hungary for several semesters. In his current role, Mr. Conlon and his team of analysts are regularly called upon to assist OEMs with their own market intelligence.Mr. Conlon holds a BS degree in Finance and an MBA in International Finance and Economics.

Jill Mulay—Director of Marketing/Administrative Services
Ms. Mulay enjoyed an impressive career at Avjet Corporation prior to joining Avjet Global Sales. Starting in 1999 as Human Resources Manager, Ms. Mulay quickly excelled in handling all facets of personnel recruitment and benefits, as well as being tasked as Payroll Manager for 150 employees. In recognition of her outstanding track record, Ms. Mulay was promoted in 2006 to become the Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO. In this role, Ms. Mulay has fulfilled all executive directives including preparation of aircraft management proposals and budgets, aircraft sales and remarketing agreements, consulting agreements and special PowerPoint presentations. Additionally Ms. Mulay is deeply involved in organizing, and directing Avjet Global’s marketing efforts. This extensive breadth of aviation experience has Ms. Mulay uniquely suited for the challenge of Avjet Global Sales.

Kyle “K.B.” Bonda—Sales Support Specialist
Mr. Bonda, a graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a degree in Political Science, prior to serving in the United States NAVY where he developed his passion for aviation, joined Avjet Global Sales in 2017 after a successful sales career in the luxury automotive industry. With extensive experience in leadership roles within brand marketing divisions and international non-profit organizations as well as extensive private sector sales successes, Mr. Bonda implements these diverse skills, along with exceptional market knowledge and strategic planning in order to best assist the firm’s clients by filling a variety of sales, marketing and research roles within Avjet Global Sales in both a Sales and Market Research Capacity.
