Management Team

Avjet Global Sales’ management team has extensive experience across the entire spectrum of global aircraft jet sales, acquisitions and brokerage services. In addition, many members of the team have earned specialized flying credentials and piloted Gulfstream, Boeing and other business jets.

Marc J. Foulkrod—Chief Executive Officer

MJFMr. Foulkrod graduated from California State Polytechnic University with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. He has worked for Boeing and McDonnell Douglas as a Performance Engineer. At Tiger Air, his duties included corporate airliner sales, marketing and Boeing 747 import certification. Joining Avjet Corporation in 1982 as a marketing consultant, he expanded the company into the multifaceted, full-service aviation organization it is today. He and a former business partner acquired the company in 1986. Mr. Foulkrod is currently Avjet Global’s Chief Executive Officer.


Andrew C. Bradley—President, Global Sales

ACBMr. Bradley served in the United States Navy as aircrew for a P3 Orion squadron out of NAS Patuxent River. In 1993, he joined a leading aircraft brokerage firm specializing in heavy turbine aircraft acquisitions. In 1997, Mr. Bradley accepted the position of Vice President of Sales and Acquisitions with Avjet Corporation, and was then promoted to President, Global Sales in 2013. In his current role as President, Mr. Bradley oversees the entire spectrum of Avjet Global’s transactional issues including price negotiations, technical appraisal and contracts. He has successfully represented clients from Fortune 100 companies, heads of state and other VIPs. He has overseen hundreds of large cabin jet transactions worth more than a billion dollars. With his years of experience and as a certified pilot and aircraft owner, Mr. Bradley brings an unparalleled advantage to Avjet Global’s clients.


Kip Hayes—Sales Director

Mr. Hayes, a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in economics joined Avjet Corporation in 2010 after a successful sales career in the insurance industry where he led several east coast sales divisions for a Fortune 100 firm culminating in the successful takeover of one of the firm’s largest competitors. After joining Avjet, Mr. Hayes carved out a successful career as one of Avjet’s top sales directors and quickly made his presence known in the aviation markets with particular emphasis on Gulfstream, Falcon and Bombardier sales. Additionally, Mr. Hayes has become the company’s leading helicopter sales specialist. Mr. Hayes is well renowned for his superior market knowledge of the aviation markets and his unrelenting customer service.


Jon Conlon—Senior Market Analyst

Mr. Conlon joined Avjet Corporation in 2008 after a successful 13-year career as an aerospace analyst and hedge fund manager. His focus in the finance industry was both commercial OEM and private business jet OEMs with a specific focus on Gulfstream, Bombardier and Boeing products. During the past eight years, Mr. Conlon has gained a reputation as being one of the industries expert aircraft market analysts and has been asked to speak at various investor conferences hosted by Morgan Stanley and other large Wall Street investment firms who seek his aircraft expertise on a regular basis. In addition, Mr. Conlon and his team of analysts are regularly called upon to assist OEMs with their own market intelligence. Mr. Conlon holds a BS degree in Finance and an MBA in International Finance and Economics.


Samuel Kinser—Market Analyst

Mr. Kinser joined Avjet Corporation in 2014 as a market analyst after a distinguished career in law enforcement where he quickly rose through various management ranks. Since joining Avjet, Mr. Kinser’s focus has centered on Bombardier’s Global Express, Global XRS and current Global 5000/6000 segments where his expert insight and analysis helps strengthen Avjet Global’s core large cabin market research. Additionally, Mr. Kinser assists the research team’s efforts in other markets such Dassault’s Falcon line, as well as offerings from Cessna and other OEMs.


Anne Marie Fithian—Director of Marketing

Ms. Fithian joined Avjet Corporation in June of 2006 as Executive Assistant to Andrew C. Bradley. Prior to joining Avjet Ms. Fithian enjoyed a very impressive track record of success in the field of commercial real estate. During the early stages of her career she became proficient in developing comparable market analysis as well as preparing and negotiating purchase contracts for her clients. After joining Avjet, Ms. Fithian quickly applied her detail-oriented skill set to the market research and sales of heavy turbine aircraft as well as the firm’s global marketing. In addition to her current position as Avjet Global’s Director of Marketing, Ms. Fithian has become instrumental in managing the documentation and closing coordination of 60+ international and domestic aircraft transactions.


Jill Mulay—Director of Administrative Services

Ms. Mulay enjoyed an impressive career at Avjet Corporation prior to joining Avjet Global Sales. Starting in 1999 as Human Resources Manager, Ms. Mulay quickly excelled in handling all facets of personnel recruitment and benefits, as well as being tasked as Payroll Manager for 150 employees. In recognition of her outstanding track record, Ms. Mulay was promoted in 2006 to become the Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO. In this role, Ms. Mulay has fulfilled all executive directives including preparation of aircraft management proposals and budgets, aircraft sales and remarketing agreements, consulting agreements and special PowerPoint presentations. This extensive breadth of aviation experience has Ms. Mulay uniquely suited for the challenge of Avjet Global Sales.
